Since the Persian Gulf in recent years, utilized more defense through increased military spending, the issue of defense economy has become an important topic in the region. Military equipment's of each country of this region can have both positive and negative effects on the economy, the strengthening of the military power of a country can be considered as an important subject for other countries. This research is descriptive and regression analysis using panel model to analysis effects of military and government expenditures variables on economic growth in selected Gulf states (Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia). The period of this study is from 2004 to 2015. The main purpose of the study is to investigate the effect of military spending and government expenditure on economic growth in the Persian Gulf region. The result shows that, the effect of government expenditures on Iran's economic growth has been low on countries such as Saudi Arabia, UAE and Iraq. On the other hand, military expenditure has a negative effect on the region's economic growth, but given that the effect Iran's only military spending is positive and significant on the country's economic growth, and the impact of other countries' military expenditures on their economic growth is negative. It can be concluded that Iran has been successful in allocating military spending more successfully than other countries.

Nature of ware is changing along with developments in social, cultural, economic and political phenomena. This change appears in the form of extending the old concepts of war in some cases, and making them concerted with the new theoretical frameworks in other cases. The nature of modern threats and future warfare makes it necessary to think about organizing and planning the group and joint wars, as joint forces. This would provide the military forces with synergy, in order to respond the future war theater's requirements. The main problem of the research is a local model for establishment of joint forces in the IRI Armed Forces. The research is applied and developmental, and concerning the nature and method it is a descriptive study with context analysis approach. The researcher has collected many documents, sources and experts' opinions and conducted a comparative study, regarding the situations in some developed countries. The combined and mixed methods have been applied to integrate the collected statistical data. Then, the presented model was tested and validated, using Delphi method, by the elites. The results of the study consist of various dimensions, items and indices as well as their relationships, which made a local model for establishment of joint forces in the IRI Armed Forces.

The methods used by the arrogant front to infiltrate, undermine and overthrow the governments, especially in Muslim societies, are the stimulation of intrigue or sedition among them that, in particular, are using their internal ignorant or intrusive elements to achieve their goals, so comprehension of the nature, factors, works and the ways for dealing with the sedition is critical to get rid of it. Nahj al-Balaghah as a reflection of Imam Ali's behavioral practices in order to control all kinds of intrigue during his reign is considered as a precious source which can help the researchers in this field, particularly if we want to organize different kinds of sedition in the society without military confrontation, hard methods and high expenditures. We should utilize Imam s experience for controlling the intrigue. For this purpose, we used qualitative content analysis methods with the common content analysis approach and under inductive approach. After extracting the categories from the data and analyzing them, the most important strategies for cultural encounter with the sedition from the perspective of Nahj al-Balaghah, which includes maximum absorption and minimal elimination, are: moderateness and tolerance, awareness, the granting of rights, disclosure, precaution, blame, intimidation and relation interruption that Each of these strategies, according to the existing requirements, has been applied by Imam Ali.

Theorizing Strategic Managers Experiences requirments an Identifying processes and explanations affecting it for Achieving a suitable method. This research is an applied and developmental type. The main research question included Which one are Dimensions and Indicators Affecting Theorizing Strategic Managers Experiences? The statistical population of the study included Professors and Faculty Members of the Tehran Universities. Data analysis was done by Confirmatory Factor Analysis and used SPSS20 software. The results of the findings show the effective dimensions of the theorizing of the experiences of strategic managers in Iran are Conceptualization, conceptual framework formulation, testing the relations between elements, summarizing their results and analyzing them, extracting a conceptual framework for the formulation of theory and writing theory. The most important indicators of this dimension are 25 indicators that In terms of impact (weight), the "categorization of results based on key variables of experience" and "explanatory and predictive power" are the most significant and the least significant indicators And in terms of the amount of use or possibility of using the factors, the "observation of pointing and recording gestures of experience" and "drawing the framework from the functional aspect" are the most and least indicators

Since one of the important concerns of management and organization experts in recent decades is the identification of factors affecting the performance of organizations, and spirituality in the workplace and organizational justice are considered as important and influential aspects, The purpose of this paper is to present the model of spirituality and organizational justice influence on organizational performance by descriptive-survey method and correlation to the field of writing. The aim of this paper is to examine the effect of four dimensions of work with meaning, sense of belonging and correlation in organization, alignment with organizational values And religiosity and 4 dimensions of distributive justice, procedural justice, interactive justice and information justice on organizational performance. . For this test, a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 52 questions was used which Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated using SPSS software (967/0). The statistical sample was 130 people using Morgan table. According to the results of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and the normalization of the research data and the theoretical adequacy, a sample of the research from the KMO and Bartlett test was used for confirmatory factor analysis using the LISREL software, which is the result of this study. Spirituality in the work environment is 55.7% on effective organizational performance and organizational justice 35.3% affects organizational performance. These numbers indicate that spirituality in the work of the armed forces, one of which has been studied, plays an important role in organizational performance.

One of the reasons for the lack of management and strategic control in choosing the appropriate strategies, their effective implementation and control, the weakness in determining the required knowledge and, consequently, the adoption of a knowledge management approach and the establishment of an appropriate knowledge and information system with it at the strategic level It should be.. The research method is descriptive survey. Regarding the non-normalization of the data, the Friedman test was used to determine the preference of different approaches to knowledge management among respondents. The statistical population consisted of 55 ministries experts and some of its affiliated organizations in strategic affairs and knowledge management, 47 of them responded to the questionnaire, which conformed to the standard set out in the Cochrane Table. The findings of the research show that, from the respondents' point of view, the "humanistic approach" has a greater effect on the factors and strategic control system than the "technology-oriented approach". This implies the role and importance of tacit knowledge and the ability to absorb and analyze individual and organizational performance in a more strategic control system. Therefore, in designing strategies, programs, and building knowledge management infrastructures in order to influence and improve the strategic control system, attention and development of factors that help increase the absorption capacity and organizational analysis should be prioritized and attention to factors The technology is next time.

Of all the prayers, Hajj and its rites have a special place. After the victory of the glorious Islamic Revolution in order to revive Hajj Ebrahimi under the guidelines of the founder of the Islamic Republic and the continuation of Imam Khamenei (ongoing prayer), many studies and attempts has been made and this article seeks to evaluate these experiences and studies. The main purpose of this article is to formulate a "strategic model for the administration of Hajj Ebrahimi Affairs based on the discourse of the Imam and the Supreme Council, the constitution, the experiences of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the pursuit of successful experiments in this field." In the field of research literature, all the statements and letters of Imam Khomeini and Imam Khamenei regarding the Hajj organization that expresses the ideas, opinions, opinions, guidelines and policies, as well as the constitutional principles of the Islamic Republic of Iran and other upstream documents are part of the statistical community of research documents, and in the field research, all relevant directors and experts, who their common characteristics are experience of over 10 years and having responsibilities at the highest levels of Hajj administration, which is estimated at a total of 45 people, were selected for making the statistical society an expert. In this research, various qualitative research methods have been used, including content analysis, discourse analysis, interpretive approach, and basic theory. Culture and systematic cultural interactions are the most vital elements of any society for the comprehensive progress and development. The Islamic Republic of Iran, as a system of governance, has put forward a unique model in the world that requires real and precise presentation of the fundamentals as well as accurate and precise way of achieving the goals. The Islamic Revolution of Iran is a cultural revolution and in all of the upstream documents in addition to the statements of Imam Khomeini and the Supreme Leader, has always been referred to “culture” as the most vital element in comprehensive development and progression. Accordingly, the present article, entitled “Examining the Strategic Cultural Management Model of the Islamic Republic of Iran” through the study of theoretical foundations of “culture” and “cultural strategic management”, seeks to recognize its principles based on religious teachings, and while extracting components and effective indicators of cultural strategic management and their relationship to achieve the "strategic model of cultural management of the Islamic Republic of Iran". This research is developmental in the field of principles and components and is an applied research in terms of indicators and modeling. Besides, the “Q method” is used given the importance of the proposed model and the existence of quantitative and qualitative data.
